Smaller Map

Our offices are at 4614 Wilgrove-Mint Hill Rd. We are about 1/4 mile from the intersection of Rt. 51 and Rt. 218. It's important to note that in typical Charlotte-region fashion, most of the streets near us are known by more than one name. We think it's a sport of some kind: Confuse the Travelers. Anyway, if you are coming by way of the I-485 Beltway, Rt. 218--which is also known as Fairview Rd.-- is the exit you want. Where it meets Rt. 51, it becomes Wilgrove-Mint Hill Rd.

Rt. 51 is also known as Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. until it intersects with Fairview Rd. (Rt. 218). From there to Albemarle Rd. it is called Blair Rd. This road runs all the way from somewhere in South Carolina to Albemarle Rd. and changes names about four times along the way, but if you can find it, you can find us.

Bigger Map

This map is a little closer in and shows how the business park property sits as well as how the three buildings sit on it.

Wilgrove Business Park Property Map

Here's the map you can't live without. It's the map of our building. The yellow is the main building. I chose yellow because the owner of the building painted three of the four brick wall sides yellow. This building is an old jeans factory that has been partitioned into offices. As you can see by the shape of ours, they were very creative partitions.

Parking:

The green areas are for parking. If you park in the larger lot on the southeast side of the building (to the right on the image), you'll have more room, but a longer walk. Parking out front is not for the faint of heart. There is room for about 6 vehicles, but getting back on Wilgrove-Mint Hill Rd. can be treacherous at certain times of day. The narrow parking lot on the northwest side of the building is for angled parking. You'll need to enter from in front of the building to be on the correct angle. Depending on whether other building tenants are working, there is room for about a dozen vehicles on this side.

Entrances:

Marked with a big BLACK X on the map, they are hard to miss. The front and side are glass doors. The rear entrance is our loading dock. All three are wheel chair accessible. Depending on noise level and weather, the rear door is often left open during readings, BUT is is the recommended location for parking when coming to our offices.
